Step 4: Assemble cosplay pattern tiles — in the right order

Assembly is where large cosplay patterns diverge most noticeably from standard garment patterns. You are not assembling one 25-page garment — you may be assembling six or eight separate large pieces, each with their own tile grid.

Work piece by piece, not all at once. Attempting to assemble 90 pages of tiles into a single flat sheet simultaneously is impractical. Instead, identify the tile grid for each pattern piece from the page map and assemble each piece as a unit.

Use the alignment triangles. Every correctly tiled PDF places matching triangles on adjacent tile edges — one on the right edge of tile A, the matching one on the left edge of tile B.
